Important Information

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

* Access to the sessions of your choice from Sunday 3rd – Thursday 7th August 2014


* Conference satchel complete with Conference Program Book

* Conference App

* Morning/afternoon teas and lunches for the days of nominated attendance


* Welcome function on the evening of Sunday 3rd August 2014 (not included in 1 day registrations)


* Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST is a government imposed tax applicable to all goods and services provided within Australia.  As the conference is being held in Australia, GST is applicable for all registration and accommodation fees, even if the delegates does not reside or carry on an enterprise within Australia.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The dinner is not included in your registration. Dinner tickets may be purchased at the time of registration for a nominal charge of AUD$95 for delegates and AUD$125 for additional non-delegates. Additional Welcome Function Tickets are available for purchase at AUD$60.00 per person.

HOW DO I REGISTER, AND WHAT IS THE'ONLINE' REGISTRATION DASHBOARD?

The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at any time to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

Upon registrations opening....
If you have previously registered for a conference ran by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on IUPAB 2014.

If you are yet to register for a conference ran by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT FOR THIS EVENT?
 

Abstract submissions are now open, for details on how to submit your abstract please click on 'Abstracts' in the main menu. 

LOOKING FOR CHEAP ACCOMMODATION?

ASN Events has secured a number of rooms at surrounding hotels to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, at discounted conference rates. Details are available via the accommodation tab on the left. Bookings can be made via your registration.

REGISTER NOW, PAY LATER!

During your registration process, you will be asked to make payment, however this is not required at the time of registering. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to make payment. Payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the conference. In regard to payment methods - We accept credit card (VISA/MasterCard), Direct deposit or cheque. To obtain ASN's bank details for a Direct Deposit, please contact Hannah at han@asnevents.net.au

CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A FEE!

  • If you have gone ahead and registered, and then changed your mind - please let us know within 24 hours of registering to avoid any cancellation fees. 
  • Registration cancellation outside the 30 days prior to the conference, a $100 cancellation fee applies. 
  • Registration cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference is a full registration cancellation fee.

Please note, if we do not receive payment of the cancellation fee, it may affect your attendance at future conferences ran by ASN. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Hannah at han@asnevents.net.au

YOUR REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
