Abstract submissions

Abstract submission are now closed. 

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Posters should be no larger than 1m wide by 1.2m high. Velcro will be available onsite at the conference for you to use to stick your poster to the display boards with.

Your abstract number will be available from the delegate handbook and conference mobile app onsite at the conference. It is advised that all posters allocated odd abstract numbers will be required to stand by their poster during the first half their session (from 1300 - 1345) and all posters allocated even abstract numbers will then be required to stand by their poster during the second half of the session (1345 - 1430).

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

Details of your participation can be found on your registration dashboard. Please also check the rest of your details are correct, ensuring you have registered to attend and booked accommodation if required. The full conference program will be uploaded to the Congress website www.iupab2014.org shortly.

Talks will be loaded with the assistance of a technician via the speaker preparation room prior to your session commencing. Please ensure you bring your presentation with you on a USB or CD and give to the technician well before the session you are participating in commences so it can be loaded and tested. There will be a mouse pointer available at the lectern if required.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT MY RESULT?

You should have recieved official notification via email regarding the outcome of your abstrdact submission. If you are unsure of your presentation type please contact jh@asnevents.net.au. Your abstract details will also appear on your ‘dashboard’. Please refer to you official notification for specific presentation instructions but basically, those preparing posters should note the maximum size allowed is 100cm wide by 120cm deep. Velcro will be available to fix the poster to the boards. Computer data projection is the preferred presentation method for orals.

WILL MY ABSTRACT BE PUBLISHED ONLINE?

A couple of weeks before the meeting, the final program will be published to this online and will be accessible to delegates on the conference 'app'.
